It has been a rough summer with my being pregnant and starting a new part time job from home. If I am not sick, I am working or else A is sick or Mr. Bob is sick. We have also had a large amount of family from out of town in the last couple of weeks, and I have been determined to get A out to have some fun this summer because I don't know what it will be like next summer when H is born.
In other news we found out H is a boy and we are really excited about that. Our biggest regret is that we had an awesome girls name picked out that we won't get to use. This pregnancy has hit me harder than it did with A, and I am still hoping for a third in the future but with how miserable I have been we will have to weigh that very carefully with my health.
The economy is really hurting us as well as healthcare for the pregnancy. We seem to keep falling behind. Luckily Mr. Bob seems to be finding some freelance work in the nick of time. I would love to have had a proper vacation this year but between me being to sick to travel and having no spare money whatsoever the best I can hope for is that next year will be different. I try not to play keeping up with the Jones' but it is so hard sometimes when you see so many people around who seem barely affected by the economy still living in their nice houses and taking fabulous vacations.
My biggest concern is getting everything together that we will need for two children in our slightly crammed and smaller house. Part of our house being so small is that we have been unable to finish the basement and this is to our detriment. I hope things turn around for us financially in 2012 and we have better luck.
I wish I could talk about things on this blog that might be of interest to you or that will help in some way but I am afraid I don't have anything new to offer other than to get your house in order because economic storms are continuing to come.
One thing that we finally got around to doing is visiting "This is the place Heritage Park" We really only got to take a tour of Brigham Young's experimental farm and see some animals. I would really liked to have stayed longer but A was tired and we were getting there fast as well. I uploaded some pictures from this experience in hopes they we can point back to them and prove to A that we were there. One thing to note is that I am not fat, just pregnant and showing. I have to remind myself of this or I get deeply discouraged.
A is getting more and more talkative although he seems to go back and forth on his language skills. He runs really fast but has very little coordination. He wears a size 5 shoes and yet he is the pickiest eater alive and he weighs barely anything. He had a rough week by having croup for the first time. Mr. Bob and I were also pretty sick and so missed out on quite a few family activities that were planned. Hopefully we will have some more time before the end of summer since A seems to enjoy our little excursions for the most part. He has been getting rather bored of late hanging around at home all morning since he has dropped the morning nap for good.
Well it is getting late and I probably should get to bed before I crash.
Good Night!
